BECOME YOUR OWN PERSONAL HERO

Who is your personal hero and what do you admire most about them? How do they create a positive impact on those around them? How, you ask yourself, can you do the same? You can do this by choosing to see yourself as the hero of your own life!Becoming your own personal hero starts with

taking charge of your life and acting like a hero. Model yourself after your own personal hero. If your mind is arguing, “But I’m not a hero!” this is the time to act as if you are. Studies have shown that when we act as if we are something, we begin to take on those characteristics. In other words, take on the role of a hero and fake it until you make it.Whether it’s a job or a relationship or anything else in your life that you feel you need to be saved from, you can be your own hero. A victim mentality
would have you wait, possibly for years or maybe forever, until change happened to you. A hero, on the other hand, has the determination and bravery to make change happen and to drive success. Be the hero of your life and save yourself by taking action. When you need some direction about what actions to take in your new role as your own hero, ask yourself, “What would my hero do in this situation?” Soon enough your mind will supply some answers and action steps for you. Once you get those answers, you will be challenged with taking action despite possible discomfort. This is where, as a hero, you can step up and take responsibility for your life and your actions. Seize opportunities, take risks, and choose action over complacency.Heroes aren’t quitters. Every hero meets and overcomes challenges – it’s what makes them heroes! Tackle challenges as opportunities to push yourself beyond what you think you can do. Recognize that your biggest barrier to success may be your lack of confidence in yourself. Draw on your hero mentality to help you be brave. Use positive self-talk to encourage you when you need motivation. Team up with others and get support when you find yourself stalled in your efforts.
Remember that a hero is defined by his actions. As your own hero, do the right thing, over and over again. Live your life according to your own personal standards of excellence and code of ethics. Respond to difficulties in ways that do not compromise your own integrity or that of others. Remain true to yourself and be accountable – essentials for any hero!
Commit to creating a better world for yourself and others. Emulate the courage of your heroes and be the hero of your own life!

Arch Bishop Benson A. Idahosa. (A God's General The World Wil Never Forget.)

Nigeria is the home of several notable men of God, but I do believe that none has made such an international impact as the late Benson Andrew Idahosa affectionately called PAPA or BA by his followers. Idahosa was a Charismatic Pentecostal preacher, and founder of the Church of God Mission International with headquarters in Benin City, Nigeria. He was the first Pentecostal Archbishop in Nigeria, and is often referred to as the father of Pentecostalism and televangelism in Nigeria. Benson Andrew Idahosa was born in Edo State on September 11, 1938 of poor non-Christian parents in a predominantly non-Christian

NICK VUJICIC. (NO ARMS NO LEGS). AN INSPIRING STORY.

Hi Friend, My name is Nick Vujicic and I am thankful to have been born 30 years ago with no arms and no legs. I won’t pretend my life is easy, but through the love of my parents, loved ones, and faith in God, I have overcome my adversity and my life is now filled with joy and purpose. I reside now in California with my wife, Kanae, and we both love seeing people’s lives changed for the better or touched in some way. It is my hope that your life is positively impacted by my story. I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and it was a shock to my parents that I arrived without limbs. There is no medical reason for it. My parents did their very best to keep me in the mainstream school system and give me every opportunity to live to the fullest. I was blessed to have a brother and a sister as my best friends too.

6 Ways to Serve God in Day-to-Day Life

Many Christians consider going into full-time ministry at some point. It's almost a rite of passage for young believers. We spend years hearing how God is calling us to spread the Gospel, and honestly, can you imagine anything more exciting than sharing your faith in an exotic, far-flung country? The reality though, is that most of us will never go into missions work. We'll get normal jobs, start families, and maybe find a hobby in-between. How can we serve God in our daily routine?  While it might not sound as particularly glamorous, an ordinary life still offers numerous opportunities to serve Christ. Here are just a few simple ways Christians can grow their faith in a day-to-day routine and discover the joy of serving God.. Invest in Other People "The entire law is summed up in a single command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"  -  Galatians 5:14 It's remarkable how often we interact with people but never make the effort to know them.
