WHAT IS A TRUE LEADER?..

Leadership is the capacity to influence others through inspiration motivated by a passion, generate by a vision, produced by a conviction, ignited by a purpose.
(An Extract from Myles Munroe Leadership Series). Peter F. Drucker, one of our generation's foremost thinkers and authorities on the subject of #leadership and management, stated, "There may be "born leaders,' but there are surely far too few to depend on them. Leadership must be learned and can be learned..... '#leadership personality,' '#leadership style,' and '#leadership traits' do not exist."

Leadership Is More Than Influence

A popular definition of #leadership is that "#leadership is influence." In spite of the fact the #leadership does involve the component of influence, I believe that this is an incomplete description because it does not distinguish what kind of influence or the source or cause of that influence.

True Leadership Is Marked By Others' Willful Submission Of Their Authority To Yours.

There are many people, past and present, who have influenced others using threats and violence, but we don't call that true #leadership. We call it manipulation, oppression, or dictatorship. Nero, hitler, and Idi Amin were all influential. They exerted their wills over people, but they were not leaders in the true sense.

A Working Definition Of Leadership

True #leadership fundamentally requires the responsibility of taking follower into the exciting unknown and creating a new reality for them. For over thirty years, I have dedicated myself to the study of the subject of #leadership. After thousands of hours of study, research, and reading hundreds of books on the subject, I determined to craft my own comprehensive definition of #leadership as I have come to understand it. This definition incorporates the principal ingredients and components that I believe give birth to and sustain true #leadership and can be applied by anyone who desires to discover and release the hidden leader within.

Arch Bishop Benson A. Idahosa. (A God's General The World Wil Never Forget.)

Nigeria is the home of several notable men of God, but I do believe that none has made such an international impact as the late Benson Andrew Idahosa affectionately called PAPA or BA by his followers. Idahosa was a Charismatic Pentecostal preacher, and founder of the Church of God Mission International with headquarters in Benin City, Nigeria. He was the first Pentecostal Archbishop in Nigeria, and is often referred to as the father of Pentecostalism and televangelism in Nigeria. Benson Andrew Idahosa was born in Edo State on September 11, 1938 of poor non-Christian parents in a predominantly non-Christian

NICK VUJICIC. (NO ARMS NO LEGS). AN INSPIRING STORY.

Hi Friend, My name is Nick Vujicic and I am thankful to have been born 30 years ago with no arms and no legs. I won’t pretend my life is easy, but through the love of my parents, loved ones, and faith in God, I have overcome my adversity and my life is now filled with joy and purpose. I reside now in California with my wife, Kanae, and we both love seeing people’s lives changed for the better or touched in some way. It is my hope that your life is positively impacted by my story. I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and it was a shock to my parents that I arrived without limbs. There is no medical reason for it. My parents did their very best to keep me in the mainstream school system and give me every opportunity to live to the fullest. I was blessed to have a brother and a sister as my best friends too.

Many Christians consider going into full-time ministry at some point. It's almost a rite of passage for young believers. We spend years hearing how God is calling us to spread the Gospel, and honestly, can you imagine anything more exciting than sharing your faith in an exotic, far-flung country? The reality though, is that most of us will never go into missions work. We'll get normal jobs, start families, and maybe find a hobby in-between. How can we serve God in our daily routine?  While it might not sound as particularly glamorous, an ordinary life still offers numerous opportunities to serve Christ. Here are just a few simple ways Christians can grow their faith in a day-to-day routine and discover the joy of serving God.. Invest in Other People "The entire law is summed up in a single command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"  -  Galatians 5:14 It's remarkable how often we interact with people but never make the effort to know them. The c...
