Briefly i will start by saying that for anyone who desires to overcome his or her inferiority complex must first, know that  inferiority complex is as a result of lack of self discovery. If you don’t know what you worth, people will put you where they think you should belong. I will like to inject in you this mindset of who you really are and for you to realize your worth.  the road to overcoming inferiority complex is simple and plain. Just discover your worth. the world is in need of you. God took time to make you who you are. If you were not important, God would not have spent such a quality time to work out your mathematics. Jesus said, “You are the salt of the earth …” (Matthew 5:13)

USE YOUR GIFTING: In today's post, i will like to write briefly on one of the most crucial topics i think many have neglected and that is about your gift. Proverbs 18:16. "A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men". The reason why many folks remain the same way they are is because, they have failed to maximize their gift and that is why they still remain in the lowest profiles of life. God has carefully planted a gift in every man and for you to have your way on earth and take dominion over your challenges it is for you to discover what makes you different from the  rest. its your gift that has the capacity to bring you before that greatness you seek. A man's gift creates opportunities for him on earth and empowers him to take dominion on earth.   Before A POTENTIAL can be maximized you must know how to use your gifting to solve problems. How does your gifting work?

On my own path of greatness one particular quote that always gave me motivation was this: “Every morning you have two choices; continue to sleep with your dreams or wake up and chase them.” Seeing so many successful athletes, businessmen, celebrities, politicians and motivational speakers; motivated me to chase my dreams. I have come to realize that your dreams must be authentic to you and you only. We were born to make sense of our own journey not others. I developed a notion that they were special, great people who worked hard to achieve their dreams.

Many men are still wondering why they exist. Yet the Creator of man did not leave us guessing about who the male is supposed to be and what he is designed to do. What we will be looking at is the male's ideal purpose. This is not where we are right now. Yet God's ideal is what we should be moving toward; and by his grace, we will.

I asked myself this question a long time ago when i was in high school (Secondary School). And this particular questions erupted from my mind as a result of the kind of society i found myself and the challenges I went through while growing up as a child.  I have come to understand that many folks have not realized their true amazing difference between themselves and others and because of that they are moved and controlled by what the society is saying and doing. Many have allowed their Destinies and their purpose to be defined by what their family, friends and society are saying about them.
